Remote technical support service

The remote technical support service is able to provide computer assistance for automation system, regarding the mechanic and/or electric matters and for any further kind of requests you have to go through the switchboard to the phone number indicated on the web site.

Instruction for the use of the remote support system:

  1. Download the software

    Teamviewer
  2. Start the programme Teamviewer Support. If you use Internet Explorer it is possible to start immediately the file .exe. If you use other browsers save the file on your PC before the start-up.
  3. Contact our Assistance Tel. +39 3311834743 - +39 3311834741 and communicate the ID partner and Pwd.
  4. Thanks to the remote check our technician is able to make the access to the applications shared with the customer and check the customer’s PC through mouse and keyboard..
  5. At the end of the assistance the customer closes the session.
